No need to Live in a Bubble.
These guides are not scare tactics they are safe tactics, since Knowledge is Power.
SafeBoomer’s goal: Share knowledge to keep you and your family more secure, while remaining connected.
Unfortunately, not all digital information is fact. Articles, videos, comments, and other media can be a mixed bag, containing both facts & fiction, making it difficult to decipher. Learn how to be more discerning is key.

Howdy, I’m glad you’re here!
We understand it’s a real challenge to adapt in a rapidly changing, fast-paced digital world. Most Boomers, like us, want to keep connected to our kids and grandkids, friends and family, but do not really understand the technology allowing us to do this, and what is going on in the background.
For one, SafeBoomer is passionate about showing how your personally identifiable information (PII) is being shared (or purchased) and how you can reduce or eliminate this practice. You can avoid being the next victim!
Here are a few of our easy tips.

Don’t Fall for Scams.
When you get an email or text asking to send or donate money for ANY reason, or an urgent event, don’t believe it’s always for a good cause.

Check The Facts.
If it is too good to be true, it is probably a scam! Make sure not to fall for email or video promotions, without first checking the facts.
